Application of Sulfonated Naphthalene Formaldehyde
Low sodium sulfate, high concentration and low alkali content are beneficial to avoid alkali-aggregate reaction, crystallization and precipitation at negative temperature.
Higher water reduction rate. According to the recommended dosage, the water reduction rate can reach 16%-28%.
Save costs. While maintaining the same workability and strength, reduce the amount of cement, improve the fluidity of concrete, and enhance the bonding force between concrete and steel bars.
Extensive application. It is suitable for Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag cement and other cements.
As a masterbatch to prepare other functional admixtures, such as early strength type, retarding type, pumping type, antifreeze type, etc.

Content of Sulfonated Naphthalene Formaldehyde
The oxide content of JF malt iron powder is actually low at 0.3%, which is why it is not suitable for steel production and has no corrosion hazards.
Compatibility of Sulfonated Naphthalene Formaldehyde
JF cast iron powder can be used in combination with other external additives such as coagulants, accelerators, aerobic agents, etc., compatible with most well-known products, but we have tested compatibility under local conditions before use. It's not mixed, and it's only added to mixed concrete.
Shelf Life of Sulfonated Naphthalene Formaldehyde
Normally, the shelf life is 12 months. Once the shelf life is exceeded, it can only be used after approval through testing.
